This year’s American Educational Research Association conference was held in Denver, Colorado (April 30-May 4). The focus was “Understanding Complex Ecologies in a Changing World.” With over 12,000 attendees, the conference was big, bustling, and loads of fun. I got a chance to meet some great people doing interesting work and to share some of the things I am doing. I also got to explore the city and visit the Colorado State Capitol. You can learn more about this historic building (on which construction started in 1886) and take a nice virtual tour here.
